All portions of our fixtures manufactured by Bell Lighting are covered by a 30-year warranty against manufacturer defects*.  We have a commitment to the end user and rank product accountability as well as consumer protection at the top of our list of priorities.

Our rigorous testing and precise production processes have yielded such effective results that we have yet to establish an un-satisfied customer from any of our domestic or international sales.  Our clients know that they can depend on an excellent fixture each and every time.

Bell Lighting prides itself in providing a quality product and has ISO protocols in place to ensure that our product leaves our facility in optimal condition.

In the event that a product is shipped containing manufacturing defects or deficiencies, Bell Lighting will provide:

• A full refund, upon return of the fixture and confirmation of the deficiency; or
• A replacement fixture of the same type and configuration, upon return of the fixture and confirmation of the deficiency; or
• Make good, free of charge, any defects of deficiencies, upon confirmation of the deficiency.

All other costs associated with any corrective action necessary (e.g. fixture placement, shipping to site, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the end user.

* Some restrictions apply.  Other components, including ballast cores and lamps, are subject to independent manufacturer warranties.
